How to Repair Your Bathtub Crack Repair Stone Bathtub

It’s easy to fix your stone bathtubes.
Simply put a couple of screws in the bottom and top and pop them in.
If you need to replace the tub cover, there’s no need to put a whole new tub in.
All you need is a screwdriver, a drill bit, a hammer and a hammering block to repair a cracked stone bath tub.
Remove the cover of the stone bathtube.
The cover can be removed by simply using a hammer or hammering hammer.
It will require a bit of time to get it out.
Pull out the bottom of the bathtub.
You will see a piece of plastic on the floor that is supposed to hold the cover in place.
Pull it out and use a hammer to pry it off.
The plastic should break and allow the cover to slide off.
Remove all of the screws holding the cover on the bottom.
The tub cover will pop off if you try to remove it.

Install a new cover.
Replace the screws that are holding the top of the tub down.
It’s important to get the top off first to ensure the cover stays in place during repairs.
If it is too easy to do this, try putting the cover back on and then trying to pull the cover off.
Put the new cover back in place and push the cover out to the side.
It should pop off and allow you to push it back into place.
If the cover is too stiff to support itself, try the other option of removing it with a hammer.
Replace all of your screw drivers.
If your tub has cracked, you may have to use a screw driver to pierce the cover and remove the stone.
The best option is to use the hammer and hammering blocks.
Remove your cover from the stone and replace it.
Replace any screws that hold the stone in place, then use a new screwdriver to pounce it off the stone surface.
Install the cover.
Now you have a stone bath with a new, functional stone cover.
